Returns & Refunds
Eligibility Window
We offer a 30-day window for returns of unopened products from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please reach out to our team within this timeframe to begin the process.
Item Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Please note that opened gummy pouches are generally non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
