We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an obvious error, even after an order has been submitted. If payment has already been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

A product identified as a preorder is not ready to ship immediately.

The product page will provide an estimated shipping period. Shipping dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, packaging, inspection, freight, fulfillment, or other circumstances.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

• The product will not ship immediately

• The expected shipping timeframe is not guaranteed

• Delays may occur

• Your payment method may be charged according to the terms presented at checkout

If a material delay occurs, we may provide an updated estimate or other options as required by applicable law.

Preorder cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the terms presented during checkout and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If RCIRCA offers a subscription, the price, delivery frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitment, savings, and cancellation instructions will be displayed before purchase.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically at the disclosed interval until you cancel.

Unless otherwise stated during enrollment:

• Subscriptions renew automatically

• Applicable taxes and shipping may be added

• Changes to an upcoming order must be made before it enters processing

• Cancellation applies to future renewal orders and does not automatically cancel an order already processed

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and shipping information

We may change subscription pricing or terms by providing advance notice as required by applicable law. You may cancel before the updated terms take effect.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law permits or requires another location.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small claims court or requesting emergency relief where necessary to protect legal rights.
